PS4 Pro "Serious error in system software"

[Released: 2013] The PlayStation 4 will feature a simpler AMD processor, in hopes of attracting a broader range of developers and support for the system. Sony also plans to place more focus on social gameplay.

Hey guys, I have a serious problem. My PS4 Pro was working fine last night, and I went to enable Goldhen cheats and the system shut down. Upon reboot I got the dreaded "Serious error in system software" message and was booted into safe mode. Tried rebuilding the database, but no dice. I then chose "restore default settings" which I was told would only reset certain things like network settings and the games should still be showing, but NOPE!
