Wifi issue with PI 4B

Post by /RaspberryPi »

Funny problem:

ifconfig wlan0 wlan0: flags=4163 mtu 1500 inet 192.168.0.38 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.0.255 inet6 fe80::6ce0:4a98:aac7:4488 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20 inet6 fdfc:1a87:3639:4f03:24d4:4eed:760f:8f90 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x0 inet6 2600:6c4a:767f:ff88:3ae3:a9e1:2872:34fc prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x0 ether d8:3a:dd:4c:f2:a4 txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet) RX packets 6517 bytes 2957107 (2.8 MiB) RX errors 0 dropped 1185 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 226 bytes 33059 (32.2 KiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0

Wifi appears to be up, connected and running, but when I unplug the ethernet cable, it drops all network connections. As this is a non-critical machine, at this point I would like it to live off of the Wifi.
