Xk3y doesn't detect HDD, mixed media disc won't show up

Hello everyone,
I recently moved and I am trying to get my phat X360 with Xk3y working again but it doesn't boot up like it used to. For information, it worked before but haven't tried it in a couple of years and while moving it I disconnected all the cables for the remote and HDD, but not the FFC-cable with USB dongle and I use the same externally powered HDD as before. So everything is like when it was working last time.
The HDD boots up when I start the X360 but the remote doesn't show it...
