Hey I've screwed something up, and my ds now says that my sd card is write only, and can't access games saved data now.

[Released: 2011] The 3DS is similar to the DS, but is capable of projecting stereoscopic 3D effects without the use of 3D glasses or additional accessories. A redesigned "XL" version of the console was also released.

I've tried linking old accounts, and everything up to including resetting my 3ds. What I'm asking is that if I put a new sd card in, and load Pokemon Y(the only saved day I'm interested in), could I transfer my saved game files on my write only sd card onto my new working sd card, and if so, how?
