ArchLinux Arm on Pi 3

Post by /RaspberryPi »

Hello everyone !

I try to install an Archlinux on my Raspberry Pi 3 for having a light desktop such as Twm or maybe Xfce.

The problem is than i can't have a display with Xorg except... A black screen !

No cursor mouse appear, impossible to kill server with ctrl+alt+backspace.

The only solution is to power off/on the Raspberry (or sudo reboot by ssh connection, even if i can kill the process, the display stay in black...)

Of course i tried also after a full upgrade (sudo pacman -Syyuu) just after the official installation here --> https://archlinuxarm.org/platforms/armv8/broadcom/raspberry-pi-3

Xorg log on pastebin --> https://pastebin.com/DsqBVLp5

Any help would be appreciated, Thank !
