Bit Torrent Transmission Agree click

I've been trying to get the Bit Torrent client Transmission to auto run when my Raspberry Pi running Ubuntu reboots.

It does run the program, however it loads with a Cancel or Agree button. Therefore it sits there waiting for an click.

Is there any way to get round this click to agree?
