Which saturn is better?

So I have the option to buy a saturn from 2 different sellers for the exact same price. (I am in PAL region) However:

1: is a white model 2 japanese version with composite, power cable( japanese one so I need an adapter), two model 2 controllers and virtua fighter. The disc drive is intact

2: is a black PAL model 1 with one model 1 controller & one model 2 controller, action replay with RAM and a Fenrir with an SD card with games installed. When I asked the seller if it played 60hz he just showed the back with the voltage (220v 50/60hz) so I assume he hasn't modded it for it.

I know ODEs can get pricey and not always the easiest to find or install. Which one is better?
