Power limiter mod

Tried doing the power limiter mod where we ground the resistors. I didn’t have the conductive pen so I tried soldering it. I screwed up pretty bad and ended up removing one of the resistors for usb port 2. How screwed am I? I plugged in the system and it works fine but I think usb 2 might be dead. Any ideas or help?
