Wii component cables to N64 adapter for RGB modded systems?

[Released: 1996] The console's design was revealed to the public for the first time in late Spring 1994. The N64 console was frequently marketed as the world's first 64-bit gaming system and sold 500,000 units in North America during its first four months.

Wii component cables to N64 adapter for RGB modded systems?

Post by /n64 »

Hi, so apparently this ebay listing (link below) claims to be selling an RGB modded N64 that comes with an adapter that allows the user to plug in Wii component cables into their modded console. I did some Googling and I found this adapter is in existence and can be purchased or created from a GitHub page. However the posts about it say that it works with N64 Advanced Borti and N64Digital mods. I've never heard of the Borti mod, but I'm asking about this because I have a RGB modded system and wouldn't mind getting some component cables to use with it and I already have some Wii cables. N64 HD Retrovision component cables are kind of pricey for me so if anyone can confirm that this adapter would work with a RGB modded N64 that would be very helpful. Thanks.
