Do they ban profiles/accounts or consoles?

And are my games from Xbox Store unaccessible after that?

Background: I want to buy Jet Set Radio from Xbox 360 Marketplace (since it is not in the normal store). To do that I need my LiteTouch (iExtreme) flashed 360.
