What is the resistance of R7R3 resistor?

What is the resistance of R7R3 resistor?

I am trying to TSOP flash my 1.1 xbox but I discovered that my motherboard is somehow missing the R7R3 resistor right next to the bridging point. I am getting the unknown flash type error while trying to flash the TSOP and I think that missing resistor is the reason.
Can somebody check the resistance value so that I can try replacing the resistor?
