Help with video problem

[Released: 1994] Sony entered into an agreement with Nintendo to develop a CD-ROM attachment, for the Super Nintendo. Due to contractual problems it was never released, and instead, a modified version was introduced by Sony called the PlayStation.

Help with video problem

Hello guys, I'm reaching the community to get some help. I'm refurbishing my old PSone that was laying arround here, it was showing flickering video, so i did changed the A/V cap. But I now have another problem, the colors don't stabilize at all. Could someone based on the images I'm gonna post help me figure out this problem? It's a NTSC PSone in this case.
