Xbox Wireless Mic - Mic not working

Mic monitoring works perfectly fine. I can hear myself through the headset. It won't transmit to parties, games, or discord though. The headset itself isn't muted and neither is it muted anywhere else. Ive restarted both the console and the headset itself. Nothing.
