Rewritable bootleg Game Boy cartridges

Hello people,
I would like to have things like a few fan-translated game ROMs or the upcoming Infinity game (I only paid for the ROM in their Kickstarter) in their own cartridges. All the options I saw are either super expensive or sold out.
I was thinking that "AliExpress" bootleg cards could be an inexpensive alternative. The thing is that I don't know if buying a random Pokemon Crystal is enough or if I should look for a specific seller or kind of cartridge to get a flashable PBC/card.
I already have an Everdrive, but I would like to have an individual card with a label that I would print.
I also have the Epilogue Operator. Not sure if this is enough to flash that kind of cartridge. I only know it works with some "high-quality" alternatives.
Is there some Game Boy card expert in this sub who could give me some info?
