I need help finding a game

I need help finding a game

Then I was 11 I had a Super Nintendo and I had a game ( sorry about the description but I don’t remember exactly) about I think it was a doctor or something in a lab and he shrinks and he has to go throw the lab if I remember correctly there was bubbles that hurt him to if he touched them. Does anyone know the name of the game ?
