Ultimate region free 50/60hz famicom mod?

I have unmoded 1Chip NTSC-J (super famicom). From what I`ve heard SuperCIC is the best mod to play both NTSC-J and PAL games 50/60hz glitchless. Is this still true? and is there any better/same mod that is in stock? (SuperCIC is out of stock almost everywhere i looked)
P.S. Are all NTSC-J games in japanese, or there are some in english?
