Getting correct PC-98 roms

Getting correct PC-98 roms

Im putting Neko Project2X on but im having a bit of a difficult time finding proper format for the roms. It looks as though I need .FDI or .HDI format but I keep running across everything but that. Is there some kind of converter out there or proper romset I'm missing?
Side question - some of the English translated ones only have the patches to patch the game to english but not the full rom, Im assuming its going to be rom by rom situation on how to actually patch them with those patches, so asking a general "How do I patch those games" might not work here?
