Xbox project stellar hypervisor

Just found out about project stellar and just wow.
With it's own ram and cpu wouldnt it be possible to run a type 1 hypervisor on it to get like windows 98 to run native?
Since with qemu the performance is poor and barely stable.
And if project stellar manage to make it possible to upgrade to 256mb ram like it supports it would be awesome.
