xbox on button isnt making a noise

xbox on button isnt making a noise

when i press the xbox power on button it isnt making a noise the same with the eject button. ive tried unpluging the cables and it works once then stops working and restarting didnt work either. has anyone else had this problem and knows how to fix it.
