Why isn't the Live A Live OST on Spotify?

[Released: 1990] The SNES was the best-selling console of the 16-bit era despite its relatively late start and the fierce competition it faced. The console was able to run some of the first three-dimensional video games on consoles, beginning with Star Fox.

Why isn't the Live A Live OST on Spotify?

Hey, I'm new here. I was wondering if anyone here knows why Live A Live isn't on Spotify. I know Arcade Player released a remaster, but it uses General MIDI, and I really think the OST is better. So why isn't it on Spotify?
