How to fix corrupted game?

So the new Apex legends update came out but since then, the game became corrupted and will not update or install. I've restarted the xbox, deleted the game and tried again, I've tried googling for solutions and none of them work.
What am I meant to do. I'm trying to get all the achievements but I cant get the damn achievements if the game wont even install anymore
