Any way to get Forza Motorsport 4 DLC anymore?

[Released: 2005] As the second console from Microsoft, the XBOX 360 completely sold out upon release in all regions except in Japan. About 33% of all consoles became defective making it the most unreliable console ever created.

Since the DLC’s are no longer listed for purchase on the marketplace, I tried installing the files from archive.org to a usb but it seems they’re all drm protected. Is there anyway at all to purchase or obtain these DLC other than making “hardware changesâ€￾
