We’re going to hear about them at least once more. But this time, it’s Hideo Kojima and Geoff Keighley discussing the saga, which is pretty significant considering that for the longest time, Blue Box was considered an elaborate Kojima troll to announce a new Silent Hill game. Kojima later denied involvement in any Silent Hill projects and it turned out that Abandoned itself was a bizarre hoax concocted by Blue Box.[h=2]Where to listen to the curious case of Abandoned PS5 and Blue Box[/h]Episode 10 of Hideo Kojima’s Brain Structure podcast, which is available on Spotify, is live now. It’s a little over 30 minutes, and is free for everyone. Together with Keighley, Kojima discusses the rumor mill plaguing the video games industry. He talks about his relationships with major industry players like Sony and Microsoft, and addresses what he calls “allegations of a new game in development under a pseudonym,†which – as you’ve guessed it – is Blue Box Game Studios and whatever the heck Abandoned is.
