4 of my 24 physical games do not work

I have 24 physical xbox games.
20 work perfect. Put the disc in, install/load, play.
4 games do not work. Like there is no disc in. I hear the drive spinning. But not loads.
Do you think it could be bad game discs? Or a bad blu-ray drive?
