PSIO Legacy Firmware - Needed - No help from PSIO creators

[Released: 1994] Sony entered into an agreement with Nintendo to develop a CD-ROM attachment, for the Super Nintendo. Due to contractual problems it was never released, and instead, a modified version was introduced by Sony called the PlayStation.

PSIO Legacy Firmware - Needed - No help from PSIO creators

Good Morning!
I bought a PS on eBay and it came with a psio. However it looks like the psio might be bricked and i need to perform a recovery.
Since I bought the thing on eBay PSIO wont help me. I don't understand why since its legit and they received their money already.
either way, can someone send me the two legacy firmware files? Arm 2.6.0 and EPGA 02/12/2018 ?
I'd really like to try this out.
