Static from booting up a PS1.

[Released: 1994] Sony entered into an agreement with Nintendo to develop a CD-ROM attachment, for the Super Nintendo. Due to contractual problems it was never released, and instead, a modified version was introduced by Sony called the PlayStation.

Static from booting up a PS1.

When I boot up a SCPH-9002, it starts with a loud static noise and nothing else can be heard. I use an RFU cable which has a switch with I and G printed above and below. how can I fix the static noise?
