Someone Please Help Me Find a Game!

From what I remember, it was a platformer and had aliens as the enemies(I think). The main character would slide down slopes and had his "wanted" poster across the map. We had to jump on springs to reach higher grounds. I don't remember much but that game was my personal favorite throughout my childhood. Thanks.
