Gamecube Action Replay Question.

[Released: 2001] The GameCube, with the Game Boy Player attachment, it is able to play Game Boy/Color, and Game Boy Advance titles. It's successor, the Wii, supports backward compatibility. Panasonic released a DVD player hybrid Gamecube.

Gamecube Action Replay Question.

I know that the Gamecube is region locked, but I was wondering if a European Action Replay would work in an NTSC Gamecube. Is the region locking with in the console or is it within the gamecubes discs? Was considering getting the Action Replay for the freeload capability, but the US versions are all way too much were as the European version is about 20 USD.
