Why does xbox 360 games not work?

This morning, I was trying to play bo2 xbox live, and it said my account was already there and signed in yet, I had to pick another account to get online. I only have 1 controller turned on. Then I tried to download my profile. It had a bar and it loaded, then said there was a problem with my credentials and to go to account.live.com. I went there and didn’t find anything wrong. I tried this multiple times and nothing changes. Now my account isn’t even an option for me to sign into. Pls help
