Finally got covid, what game should I get to take over my life for the next 5 days?

Good afternoon Xbox one.
I finally got covid. I have to stay at home for around the next 5 days at least.
I always told myself I would download Skyrim, as I never played it, once I inevitably caught covid. I have also heard that some of the older fallout games are like must play also….
I am open to any and all suggestions.
