Xbox App dosent connect to xbox360

Hey, I've wondered if someone has the same problem. If you want to connect your Xbox360 with the app on your phone, you need a code from the TV. It's supposed to pop up automatically. Except it doesn't. I tried everything they said on the support side.
If your phone won't connect to your console: 1. Check the Xbox status 2. Restart the app 3. Restart your mobile device and console 4. Check the network connection on your mobile device
They alsoconnected to the same wifi I've put my location on my phone on I'm registered with my Xbox-life account in the app and on the Xbox
Is this service just not available for the Xbox360 anymore? ?
