Ok folks let's try this again. Sorry for previous post I have 6 kids and it's hard to get time to type without distraction I removed eeprom chip from my v1.0 and I do not want to attempt to solder new one back on the board in fear of ruining th board. Right now it boots with no video, eject button lights red once then flashes orange. If I add a mod chip do I have to replace eeprom since with a mod chip you don't need a locked hard drive or even the original drive?
