PSP not playing official PSP eboots

[Released: 2004] The PSP is the only handheld console to use an optical disc format as its primary storage medium. Other distinguishing features of the console include its large viewing screen and robust multi-media capabilities.

PSP not playing official PSP eboots

I have 6.60 Pro-C2 infinity and I can play PSP ISO and PSX2PSP eboots just fine but when I boot up an official PSN boot that I had downloaded I get "The game could not be started (FFFFFFFF)" message. The whole folder is in the PSP>Game section and PSX2PSP eboots load just fine (i.e. Tekken 3). Am I putting everything the right folder? Any help is appreciated!
