GCVideo won’t save settings

[Released: 2001] The GameCube, with the Game Boy Player attachment, it is able to play Game Boy/Color, and Game Boy Advance titles. It's successor, the Wii, supports backward compatibility. Panasonic released a DVD player hybrid Gamecube.

GCVideo won’t save settings

So I put a Pluto HDMI board on to my cube. Everything went fine, hdmi works, but for some reason, it won’t save my “enhance to dviâ€￾ settings. When I enable it, you hear sound as normal. I can play and do whatever I want, it when I turn the power off and turn it back on the settings are gone. It’s on 3.1 for firmware, and that’s the latest. Any ideas what I did wrong?
I even changed the 2032 battery with a brand new one.
