Any way to play NTSC games on PAL without them being slower

Hey guys. Im planning on getting the PAL NES version. (They are common here and NTSC aren't).
I do know about the whole cutting the pin thing to play NTSC games.
However, is there like a way to play those games without the issues of them being slower and whatever.
Like is there maybe some adapter or something like that?
