Modded but not touched for a while. What do I need to do?

I modded a PS Classic about 6 months after they were released and added and played a bunch of games. But its been at least a year and a half since I last touched it. I booted it up today and was greeted with a screen asking me to choose RetroArch or BleemSync. I remember when I used to choose Bleemsync I'd have all my custom games and artwork in the rotating wheel. But now it just shows the default 20 along with a couple "ModMyClassic" options. I am able to find and play all my games through RetroArch still, but would be nice to have them all in the same spot with cover art. I also vaguely remember having to make new .cue files for some games but don't remember how I did that. Anyway. Where do I go from here? What changes have happened in the last couple years? Any help/advice is greatly appreciated.
