Better game controller support. Game controllers in the file gamecontrollerdb.txt should be automatically detected.

3. You can now set a game as a lightgun game in the Edit Game Parameters menu. There is now an Edit Game Parameters menu for Retroarch games. Added a Select screen for all the games that are marked as lightgun games.
Note: Gun4IR an AE lightguns work on the PSC. PS1 games must be played with Retroarch as the pcsx emulator cannot handle lightgun games. Setting a game as a lightgun game will also set the game to "play with RA". Sinden lightguns will not work on the PSC. The Sinden app has to run on the system and this is impossible on the PSC for multiple reasons. 4. Bug fixes.
