How to handle multi disc games on AutoBleem.

So there are several games, such as the FF games that have multiple discs, however on the game selection there is no identifier distinguishing the discs that I have seen.
I’m sure this might be a stupid question or answered 1,000 times, but I really did search Reddit before asking.
