Transferring Game Saves to new USB?

I’ve had my PSC running Project Eris for a little over a year now. Only issue is that I’ve filled up my 128GB Sandisk already. I have a list of games that remain in the transfer folder.
Is there a larger USB compatible with the PSC and is there a way to easily transfer over all games & save data?
