Any way to convert pal 1chip to ntsc ?

Any way to convert pal 1chip to ntsc ?

From what I've heard, installing a supercic on a 1chip is a pain, but is there any way to completely convert a pal 1chip snes to play ntsc at the correct timing ?
I already lifted pin4 on the cic to disable it and I only care about running games off my sd2snes anyway. I have ordered a bunch of spare 21.47727Mhz crystal oscillators from china and I'm wondering if the conversion is possible.
my board is SNSP-CPU-1CHIP-01
