Chaining OTGs

Hey folks, Just got started with missing my PSC (Autobleem 1.0). I’d like to be able to hook all of these up to my device:
Two Controllers Wifi Adapter USB stick
This would require four USB ports. Most of the working OTGs I see, however, only add one extra USB-A port.
I was wondering, is it possible to chain OTG adapters? Like have one OTG adapter connect to another OTG adapter that connects to my console (of course assuming you have sufficient power)?
