Help needed to install piCore GUI on raspberry pi 4 without internet

So, I was trying to install tiny core OS on my raspberry pi 4, but after the initial phases, we need to connect to the internet to install the GUI separately. Is there any other way to install piCore with GUI on a raspberry pi without using the internet, as my raspberry pi wifi is not working.
Like maybe to set up the OS completely and burn it to the SD card?!
Please help me out with this
