Rpi4 hotspot problem

Hi im trying to make some kind of "portable server" with my RPI 4 with a hotspot and docker services
im using RaspAp https://raspap.com to make the hotspot
but i cant conect to the docker services inside mi rpi or use ssh i can only use icmp
using this command i can make it work
iptables -P FORWARD ACCEPT but if i run the rpi without the ethernet cable is not working anymore even if i run the command again is not working BUT i can use ping
any idea ? :(
