How to connect Audio Jack PCB Mount?

I have this Audio Jack PCB Mount that I’m considering buying

I can’t find instructions on what cables to use to mount this thing. Does anyone know how? I’m going to use this on my raspberry pi 4 for my integrated system. Could I also use the Auido Jack on the board at the same time? Thanks in advance
