ProFTPD doesn‘t start (AuthUserFile not found)

ProFTPD doesn‘t start (AuthUserFile not found)

When I try to start ProFTPD, there is an error code that ProFTPD cannot find the AuthUserFile ftpd.passwd. When I go into the ProFTPD there’s is just a file named ftpd.passwd.save, that I cannot open. Also ProFTPD worked, when I started it the first time and since I shut the Raspberry down and started it again, my Problem appeared. I tried to find something on the Internet, but nobody else has this problem. Please help!
