New AES owner -- is 161 in 1 v2 better than v1?

So I would jump on a Darksoft AES or Neo SD/Neo SD Pro if I had the chance but unfortunately these are both out of stock. So unless I'm mistaken, the next best thing would be to get a 161 in 1... Anyone have any thoughts on whether v2 of the cart is worth paying ~$100 more to get over v1?
