RTSP with VLC on Ubuntu on Raspberry Pi4

Hey, I installed Ubuntu on my Raspberry Pi 4. I am using VLC and I am trying to open an IP camera RSTP link on VLC but it refuses to connect.
The issue is I know the RSTP link works. I've tested it on Windows with MPC-HC, as a shortcut, and on Ubuntu in Virtualbox (emulated on Windows)
Unfortunately, Ubuntu on the Raspberry Pi fails to connect. Are there any differences with the Raspberry Pi ubuntu that would cause this?
The RSTP is rtsp://anon:password1@192.168.88.133:554/cam/realmonitor?channel=1&subtype=0
