Is my raspberry pi zero w dead?

Post by /RaspberryPi »

Image Hi, earlier i was setting up rpi zero w for hyperion, after finished installing it I connected the usb cable & rgb led strip similar to this arrangement.

Once it was powered up, I can see the led incidator lights up, but it wasn't connecting to my home wifi as it should.

The sdcard is still working fine as it can still be detected on my pc and I've even wiped the sdcard and reinstalled a fresh raspbian again.
I've also tried ssh via usb, but I'm not seeing the raspberry pi listed in the network devices.
