Raspberry pi4 Plex remote streaming

Hi, I have a raspberry pi4 that I use as a media server with plex without transcoding. When I use it on LAN device I can watch 22gb 4k movies without buffering (with uploads that reach 100Mbytes) but when I use it on device remotely it buffering and the upload does not exceed 6Mbytes, what can be the problem? (it can't be the connection, speed test gives me 90Mbytes of upload)
