Would this setup work to power my Mega Drive?

[Released: 1988] The Sega Genesis was Sega's most successful console; though Sega has never released a total sales figure quote. Several add-ons were created including the Sega CD and Sega 32X which extended its capabilities.

I currently have a Model 1 Mega Drive and a RetroTink 2X SCART both taking up a plug socket each. I'd love to get this whole setup running off one PSU so I was looking into powering my Mega Drive using one of these...

Would anyone more familiar in electronics, amps and volts know if this would work?
